In accordance with GB4004-83, JB/T7600.3-94 and DlN46395 standards, the product is formed by pressing and welding common carbon steel Q235 (A3) thin steel plate. The periphery of lateral plate adopts a hemming structure. The product has the characteristics of not only strengthening the strength of lateral plate, but also having higher rigidity and toughness, light weight and fastness, which can be used for drawing-wire machine, buncher, stranding machine, extruder, cabling machine and armouring machine.

1) What is your MOQ? 
Usually our MOQ is upon your spools type,different spools with different MOQ. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2) Can I get samples ?
According to spool model and material ,we will advice.

3) How long is the sample LEAD TIME? 
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If no stock,we will advice lead time.

4) Can you develop new products?
Yes, we have new products developing ability and we are good at developing new mold

5) How much is the freight charge?
 It depends on spool package volume,
if  small qty,volume and urgent goods,we may advise FEDEX or other couriers' charge for your check.
if volume bigger and by seaway suitable,we provide FOB or CIF price to you.

6) What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own mould workshop and can provide spool or other plastic product developing and injection service.
 You can provide JPG, PDF,dwg files for check.

High Frequency AC Power Supplies

High Frequency Variable frequency AC power supply converts AC electric to pure sine waveform by through AC – DC – AC conversion, which is different from variable frequency speed controller and common AC voltage regulator.

Variable frequency power supply is mainly used to convert existing AC power network supply to stable and pure sine power supply with regulated required frequency. The features of ideal AC power supply are stable frequency, stable voltage, zero internal resistance and Sine wave form (without distortion). Comparing to traditional frequency inverter power supply, our inverter power supply removes the transformer and frequency converter, by using pure high-frequency conversion technology, with built-in by AC/DC and DC/AC parts, our AC inverter power supply could give stable AC output with prefect output precision.
