3) Under the equipment factors and environmental conditions, what is required is manual drainage? Automatic drainage? Automatic drainage?

4) The air filter should be selected for filtration accuracy: the filtration accuracy refers to the maximum diameter of the particles passing through the filter element. Among them are 5μm, 10μm, 25μm, 50μm, etc., which can be selected according to the air quality requirements.

5) Select the triple piece according to the highest working pressure of the pneumatic control system. The source pressure should be 0.1 MPa greater than the maximum working pressure.

6) The pressure reducing valve should be selected according to the maximum operating pressure...

Of course, these are just some of the main parameters, and there are other technical parameters that may need further confirmation. When using a triple piece (pressure reducing valve), the lower limit of the pressure regulating range should be avoided as much as possible. It is best to use 30%-80% of the upper limit value, and should use a pressure gauge that meets this pressure regulation range. The pressure gauge reading should exceed 20% of the upper limit value.

When in use, the order in which the pneumatic components are generally installed is: The air flow direction is firstly the air filter, followed by the pressure reducing valve, and finally the oil mister.
