Out of the box
The packaging box is a regular kraft paper, and a simple filter cartridge installation icon can be seen by opening the first floor cover. Open the box, the first to see is on the foam plastic instructions, warranty card and other documents and a power cord, which is the full content of the accessories. The air purifier is covered with a dust bag inside the thick foam to ensure that it is safe from damage during transportation.
Haoze empty net is a vertical tower structure of the air purifier, the white body of the machine is simple and elegant. The top is a round design, and the transition to the bottom is a square. With the gradual change of the air inlet, the overall design is very strong.
There is a handle above the back of the machine. Two QR codes are printed in the middle to download the matching APP and filter elements. The filter replacement door is located below.

There is a touch panel in the middle of the air outlet. There are three touch keys on the panel, namely "mode", "switch" and "child lock", and the upper part is the indicator lights of "strong, automatic, mute" three purification modes.
There is a light sensor in the panel. When the light is dark, Haoze empty net will automatically extinguish the light of the machine, so as not to affect people's rest, quite humanized.

Ozawa's emptiness and internal structure
Open the back cover to remove the filter element.
As with most of the filter cartridges used in domestic air-purification equipment, Ozawa uses net cartridge-type filter cartridges. The advantage of this structure is 360° air intake, high filter utilization, and strong purification capability.
According to the official introduction, the filter element is 3M antibacterial filter, H13 HEPA filter and activated carbon from outside to inside.
Nylon gauze and other coarse filters are not provided on the outermost layer of the filter element or on the outer shell of the fuselage, so this layer of 3M antibacterial filter will act as a coarse filter to prolong the life of HEPA. After a while, it needs to be cleaned. dust.
HEPA is H13 medical grade HEPA. Compared with H11, which is commonly used by other domestic companies, H13 has a much stronger filtering ability for PM0.3 and PM0.1.
We cannot directly see the activated carbon layer and it should be sandwiched with HEPA. In this way, the activated carbon is packed inside, no "spraying powder" occurs, and the activated carbon content is also quite large.
The filter base can be locked by rotating the filter element.
The rubber pad at the bottom of the filter element and inside the machine are all used for sealing to prevent the leakage of air, resulting in reduced purification capacity.

APP connection and control
Sweep the QR code to download the Ozone Water Purification App and open it. Select “Air Purifier†and enter the WiFi password. Press the “Switch†and “Mode†keys at the same time. At this time, the WiFi light of the purifier will flash. In seconds, the device can be searched and the device connected to WiFi in the home.
After the pairing is successful, the air quality data and filter cartridge usage detected by the purifier can be viewed in real time through the APP; and the machine can be remotely controlled to switch and adjust the purging mode. This is still very practical, such as the end of the trip to go home, you can open the strong mode through the APP about a quarter of an hour ago at home, when you open the door when the air has been completely purified.

Purification capacity test
According to the official description, the CADR value of the empty and clean particles is 450m3/h, and the CADR value of formaldehyde is 280m3/h. From these two figures, Ozawa's clean air purification capability is very strong. The actual experience of a purifier can not just look at the data, because in the automatic mode, when planning for a strong wind, when changed to a weak wind, will affect the purification speed. Therefore, the author detected and recorded the PM2.5 and the power consumption change within one hour after the room was fully ventilated, and the automatic mode planning scheme could be seen from the power consumption changes.
I tested the automatic mode and the strong mode separately (full ventilation in the middle of the test). The room is about 16 square meters. In order not to open the door and cause the air in the room to communicate with the outside world, the camera is set to take a photo for each minute, and two hundred and twenty photos are obtained twice.
The PM2.5 data for the day is shown in the figure below (the figure below shows the air quality before testing the automatic mode, and Figure 2 shows the air quality before the strong mode)
Finally, the data is charted.
It can be seen that the slope of the strong mode is significantly greater than that of the automatic mode, which means faster purification; and PM2.5 finally ends with 1 in the strong mode, while the PM2.5 in the automatic mode is always maintained at about 3 at the end.

Power consumption and noise
Automatic mode: The power consumption is about 6.8W. The sound of the purifier is virtually inaudible on a bed other than 1.5m-2m. It is only noticeable when sleeping.
Powerful mode: Power consumption is about 56W. Strong mode is generally used for freshly refurbished or long-term absence of home needs deep purification, under normal circumstances does not need to open.
Night mode: The power consumption is about 6.5W. The overall situation is a bit lower than the automatic mode, but the gap is not large. Basically it is "inaudible" level.
