New standards for the power industry passed the audit

On June 6th, the China Electricity Council Standardization Center presided over the review of the power industry standard “Auger for Overhead Transmission Lines” in Nanjing. The expert group unanimously agreed to submit the review draft for review. The introduction of the standard will standardize and improve the standard system of construction machinery for China's power industry, and will play a positive role in promoting the construction technology level and project quality.

In the construction of overhead transmission lines, twist grinding is mainly used for erection of high-voltage transmission lines in the air and the laying of underground cables. It can smoothly and easily carry out the erection of towers, erection of guide (ground) lines and other lifting and traction under various complicated conditions. Reasonable structure, small size, light weight, utilitarian, flexible operation, easy handling and so on.

The revision of the Standard for Overhead Transmission Line Grinding and Grinding was undertaken by the Chinese Academy of Electric Power and Nanjing Line Equipment Factory participated in the work. The standard writing group combined with the actual use of the situation, carried out a specific research work on the performance of all aspects of twist grinding, and determined a number of key technical data, and laid the foundation for the formulation of the standard.

The standard makes relevant provisions for the model, performance parameters, technical requirements, test contents and methods, signs, labels, packaging and preservation of overhead transmission lines, which can be used as the technical basis for design, manufacture and acceptance.
