Such a structure is very similar to a water-cooled, liquid-cooled circulating pipeline system. The heat-bearing gas will diffuse to the gas chamber on the other side of the vacuum equalization plate, and the heat will be released through this other heat-dissipating material in this area, and the cooled gas will be liquefied into a liquid due to temperature. The state material flows back into the vacuum tempering plate next to the original heating LED.

As long as the process of vaporization and liquefaction continues to circulate, the heat generated by the LED light source can be automatically taken out, thereby reducing the problem of brightness attenuation (light decay) of the LED light source, prolonging the life of the LED, and the manufacturer can further fully utilize the high power. The LED has a stronger luminous efficiency and achieves a higher brightness per lumen.

Since the vacuum tempering plate does not need to be powered by other heat-dissipating methods, it can be said to be a set of cooling system that operates in a completely passive state, which is very helpful for the development of LED heat-dissipation technology .
