Although the current LED is as hot as its calorific value, LED is still quite hot for small factories with immature technology. First of all, the heat dissipation problem of LEDs is not so easy to solve. At present, after high-temperature products are overheated, the light efficiency is greatly reduced, and the color temperature becomes high.
The other is light attenuation, especially the high-power product drive circuit can not fully guarantee the output of constant current, which poses new challenges for the design of the circuit. However, the conditions for responding to this challenge are not yet mature, and it also limits the direction of LEDs to the public.
Regarding the advantages of LEDs, there is no need to mention them again. Since the breakthrough of the new packaging mode, there are already 200W products available. Once there is demand, there will be more power products. What needs to be done is to increase the package size. . In doing so, it just makes up for the shortcomings of traditional light sources, because traditional light sources usually cannot realize surface light sources, and LEDs can just make up for such space to realize surface light sources.
This can be considered for use in cars. We have colleagues who have modified the brake lights, reading lights and side door lights. The effect is quite good. If you want to replace the car headlights with LEDs, can you?
The answer is self-evident, but there are many challenges. Although the current white LEDs have high luminous efficiency, because the spectrum is not uniform enough, the performance in each color segment is not uniform, giving the impression that the saturation is not high enough. The solution may only be to use the RGB module, which gives the manufacturer A new problem has been raised.

Of course, at present, high-power LEDs are not used enough, and we expect to enter the family early. Once the home decoration is the preferred LED, I am afraid that is the right way for LED, LED era will replace the annual 4 billion fluorescent lamps.
