Lamps are an indispensable consumer goods in people's living space, from functional lighting fixtures for lighting purposes to decorative lighting products that provide a landscaping and atmosphere; from industrial and public lighting fixtures to commercial And household use of various types of lighting products, it can be said that life is inseparable from the light, lamps are everywhere.
With the improvement of people's living standards, the expansion of the national economy, and the deepening of China's integration into the international economy, the market holdings of various types of lighting fixtures in China are rapidly increasing, and China has become a major country in the production of lamps. Moreover, since the implementation of compulsory certification of China's lighting electrical products in 2003, especially with the arrival of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the quality of lighting products related to households and public safety has received unprecedented attention.
For many years, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has always regarded lighting products as the focus of quality supervision. Every year, all kinds of lighting products should be inspected at various levels. The pass rate of random inspection is about 60% to 80%. From the results of several recent spot checks (including 2007 and 2008 national supervision and spot checks), the quality status of lighting products has the following characteristics: First, the qualified rate of CCC certified products is higher; Second, the qualified rate of the main producing areas of lamps is Improve; third, the quality level of small business products has improved. But looking at China's lighting products, there are still certain quality problems, mainly in the following aspects:
1. The lamp is not provided with power connection mode, and the internal and external wiring cross-sectional area of ​​the lamp is less than the standard.
The luminaire should be connected to the power supply for easy installation and use. The common power connection methods for fixed wall luminaires include terminal blocks and plugs. Failure to provide a power connection method will result in unreliable power connection such as misconnection or misconnection during installation and use of the lamp, resulting in failure of the lamp to work properly or short circuit.
2. The lamp is not equipped with a cord holder
The cord holder is a mechanical protection measure that prevents the wire on the terminal from being pulled off and the protection against electric shock, or other abnormalities of the lamp to become unsafe. Lamps that provide flexible cables or are designed to use flexible cables are subject to the possibility of stress during use, so stress reduction measures must be taken. At present, there are still some movable lamps that do not have a cord holder or a cord holder.

3. Lamp durability test failure The main reason for the failure of the durability test of the lamp is that the control device of the lamp used in the lamp is not closed, the electronic ballast has no abnormal state protection device, and the installation of the inductance ballast in the lamp is The degree of heating of the coil is not suitable. Under abnormal conditions, the electronic ballast is immediately damaged, burnt or has scorch marks.
