Inspection process:

Disassemble the inverter, check the rectifier module and inverter module of the inverter, and test the diode characteristics. Power on the inverter and display F 100, which cannot be reset. Determine that the control card is damaged.

Analysis of the cause of the failure:

According to the explanation of the fault, F100 explained that the checksum calculated from the checksum read from the board does not match. We speculate that there may be only one cause of the failure: the control card of the inverter is damaged.

According to the troubleshooting method on the manual: Set parameter P041 to option 1 (restore factory settings). Re-disconnect the power supply of the inverter, and then wait until the inverter operation panel is not displayed, then re-send the inverter power supply. However, the inverter still shows F100 fault.

Carefully check the control card and found that there is a lot of oil on the control card, and there are many powdery objects attached to the surface of the machine.

Repair process:

The inverter is completely disassembled as a whole, the internal board of the inverter is very dirty, and many powder objects are attached to the module and capacitor. After cleaning, replace the new control card, install the inverter, and test the diode characteristics. The inverter is powered, the power is turned on, the output voltage is balanced, and the load is supplied to the rated current. The inverter is also hot, and the inverter is repaired.

Summary of experience:

This fault is caused by the inverter's inverter control card being too dirty. The general customer pays little attention to the peripheral environment of the inverter, which causes the internal of the inverter to be very dirty, which leads to an increase in the inverter failure rate.
