Augmented reality enterprise software vendor Upskill today announced the acquisition of Pristine, based in Austin, Texas. Pristine is a Saas (software as a service) provider of AR collaboration and video live streaming software. Its remote assistance expertise and capture solutions will complement Upskill's existing Skylight Industrial AR platform to provide the industry with the most comprehensive product and easier to meet users.
