If it is necessary to shift the excess box and the design and construction personnel determine the plan, the construction will be carried out under the guidance of the construction worker.
2. Check the leakage protector and air switch: Check the leakage protection switch, and the leakage current of 30mA can cut off the power supply. The operation time should be ≤0.1S. Check the quantity and capacity of the air switch. If it cannot meet the requirements of use, it must be replaced or added. Lighting power must be provided with a two-pole short-circuit protector and not controlled by the main leakage switch. Air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, etc. 15A or more sockets and commonly used 10A five-hole sockets must be controlled by the main switch leakage protector in addition to a single-pole short-circuit air switch control.
3. Air Conditioning: The power cord below 2 machines (including 2) is 16A for 4mm2 socket. The power supply line of 3 machines is 4mm2. The air conditioners of 5 or more must use three-phase five-wire power and the main line must be a multi-strand cable of at least 6mm2, emphasizing the grounding wire connection.
4. The bathroom installation bath should have a separate branch wire diameter of 2.5mm2, and the water source side socket should be splash-proof. The kitchen needs a separate branch wire diameter of 2.5mm2 (if there is a high-powered electrical appliance, the wire cross-sectional area needs to be increased).
5. If the number of sockets and lamps exceeds 25, it is necessary to increase the shunt to control. For special purposes such as computers, electric heaters, and audio power supplies, it is recommended to use a fused socket.
6. The building has been in use for more than 5 years and the electrical wiring must be fully updated. Tested wire diameter of less than 5 years: illumination ≥1.5mm2, air conditioner ≥4mm2, socket ≥2.5mm2 and insulation state insulation resistance value >5M? Generally available. 7. Construction requirements for chiseling slots, switches, sockets, wire box holes, and pipe threading:
(1) Principle of pipe wiring: horizontally and vertically, the pipe groove is cut into a special flame-retardant wire tube, and the pipe wall is >1.5mm. The wire tube must be fixed with a raft in the wire groove, and the wire box is connected with the wire tube, and should be locked with a lock. The wire must be inserted after the pipe is laid, and the groove depth is 1.5 times the pipe diameter.
(2) Pipe laying should reduce the number of bending as much as possible. If the pipe is too long, an excessive wire box must be added. The elbow must be bent with a spring. Do not use 90 elbows and tees. The pipe connection should be connected by gluing.
(3) It is strictly forbidden to lay the pipe directly under the composite floor, under the carpet and under the floor tiles of the kitchen and the bathroom. The line pipe laid under the floor must have fixed measures.
(4) The total cross-section of the inlet pipe conductor shall not be more than 40% of the effective area of ​​the conduit hole. The total wiring within the pipe shall be ≤ 3 according to the requirements for use. There shall be no joint or twisted connection in the pipe.
(5) The line entry box must be guaranteed to have a certain length, and must not be <150mm for the installation and maintenance of switches and sockets and future wire replacement. (6) Line color standard: The distribution box and each circuit wiring must be separated according to requirements. L1 phase is yellow, L2 phase is green, L3 is red, neutral line (N)
Black and ground wire (PE) are yellow-green two-color lines, and the lamp head line is white.
(7) Requirements for ground wire (PE) section: The cross-sectional area of ​​the phase line is below 16mm2 and the cross-sectional area of ​​the PE line is the same as the cross-sectional area of ​​the phase line. The cross-sectional area of ​​the PE line above 16 m2 is half of the phase line.
Second, the technical requirements for the construction of weak current systems:
1. The telephone line must be laid by using a special telephone line. The number of access roads must be ≥ 2 routes, and the insufficient route should be supplemented.
2. The closed line of the wired telephone must use the coaxial cable that meets the requirements (the broadband frequency is 5?), and the docking is strictly prohibited.
3. Note: The bend radius of the wired network path must be ≥ 8D (R is 64mm).
Third, the installation and positioning of electrical switches and sockets:
1. The height of the switch installation position should be about 1400mm from the ground. The distance between the switch and the door frame installed at the door is about 150-200mm. The height of the children's room switch should be 1000mm.
2. The socket should be installed at a height of 300mm from the ground. The socket should be grounded, left zero, and right. Devices such as switches and sockets should be installed firmly and correctly, with a gap of ≤1mm between the walls and a height difference of ≤5mm in the same room. When the distance between the wire and the heating, hot water and gas pipes is parallel, it should be ≥300mm, ≥100mm when crossing, and ≥300mm between the electrical switch connector and the gas pipe.
3. The panel of the switch and socket must be installed after the paint is finished.
4. Line discharge requirements in the suspended ceiling:
1. All kinds of strong and weak lines in the ceiling are strictly prohibited from being exposed. Pipes must be discharged. The pipe should be fixed on the hanger and wooden keel. 2. A lamp must be equipped with a junction box. The location of the junction box should be easy to repair and cover. The wire is connected to the lamp through the hose and its length must not exceed 1 m. The phase line enters the switch, and the zero line enters the lamp head. Strong and weak wires shall not be exposed in the flat top.
Fifth, the installation requirements of the lamps:
1. The luminaire must be installed after the construction is completed. The installation of the luminaire must meet the requirements of firmness and safety.
2. It is strictly forbidden to use rafts for fixing chandeliers. It must be fixed by expansion bolts or US nails. The chandeliers installed in larger halls should be controlled by two-way switches.
3. When the fluorescent lamp is installed, it must be fireproofed and insulated at the bottom of the lamp holder. The specific method is: add a small strip of tile at the bottom of the fluorescent lamp or add a small strip of gypsum board as insulation and fireproof layer. Under special conditions, the insulation board must be padded. .
4. When wrapping the tape, first pack 2 layers of waterproof tape and then 2 layers of insulation tape.
Sixth, other matters needing attention:
1. The exposed head is strictly forbidden on the spot. It is strictly forbidden to use iron nails, wire ends, etc. to directly plug into the socket to take power.
2. Before building the wall, do some understanding of the front wall switch, socket, over box, network cable, telephone, TV, etc. to prevent unnecessary damage (recommended with the property) and disconnect the power supply from the distribution box.
3. After the electrical completion, the electrician constructor draws the circuit diagram (electrical layout plan, system diagram, legend).
4. Insulated shoes should be worn during power-on construction. It must be operated by two or more people. It is strictly forbidden to wear shorts for work.
