The NE555 integrated circuit can be used to simply form a timer, but a capacitor with a small leakage current and a large insulation resistance is required.

TC9160 is an integrated circuit with on-chip counter. It has a low operating voltage of 1.8V. It consumes less current and has a maximum current of 1mA during operation. It can be used as a sleep timer. Timing time can be determined by external resistors and capacitors. The final output is in the form of open collector, and there are 4 outputs in the middle, which is very convenient to use.
