Today, the editor of Dalan Motor teaches everyone to master the specific factors, categories, monitoring and analysis of various noises of high-voltage motors, and adopt appropriate control methods to reduce the harm caused by noise as low as possible.
1. Abnormal sound of the wind deflector: It has a great relationship with the compliance of the wind deflector. During the processing, the welding points are rough, the edge of the small opening of the wind deflector is inconsistent, and the assembly often rubs against the end of the rotor.
2. Electromagnetic sound: divided into high frequency and low frequency. The shaft core position has poor compliance with the skew degree, the core inner bore is not polished, and the inconsistent machining of the rotor outer diameter is a factor that can not be ignored. Usually adopt the way of replacing the rotor to eliminate and solve this kind of problem.
3. The motor makes a heavy sound that fluctuates high and low. The reasons may be:
(1) The air gap between the stator and the rotor is not uniform. At this time, the sound fluctuates and the interval between high and low sounds does not change. This is caused by the bearing wear that makes the stator and the rotor not concentric.
(2) The three-phase current is unbalanced. This is because the three-phase windings are grounded incorrectly, short-circuited, or poorly contacted. If the sound is dull, it means that the motor is seriously overloaded or running under phase loss.
(3) The iron core is loose. When the motor is running, the iron core fixing bolts are loosened due to vibration, causing the iron core silicon steel sheet to loosen, causing noise.
4. Bearing noise: The bearing will make a certain noise during operation. If the bearing is running normally, the sound is continuous and small "sanding", and there will be no high and low changes and metal friction sound. If the following sounds appear, it is abnormal.
(1) There is a "squeaking" sound when the bearing is running. This is the sound of metal friction, which is generally caused by the lack of oil in the bearing. The bearing should be disassembled and added with an appropriate amount of grease.
(2) If there is a "chill" sound, which is the sound made when the ball is rotating, it is usually caused by the dryness of the grease or lack of oil, and an appropriate amount of grease can be added.
(3) If there is a "click" or "creak" sound, it is the sound produced by the irregular movement of the balls in the bearing. This is caused by the damage of the balls in the bearing or the long-term use of the motor and the drying of the grease.
5. Uneven collision sound: It is caused by the impact of the fan blade against the fan cover.
6. The noise caused by the virtual rubbing of the stator and rotor: it is a kind of limit state of sweeping bore.
7. Insulation paper noise: due to noise caused by improper placement of the stator or rotor slot insulation, it is not easy to find the specific location when handling this type of fault.
8. Other factors are caused by local ejection of slot wedges, vibration, and long bearing cap fixing bolts, which are also part of the cause of noise.
