II. Project Overview

1. Project Content: The bidding for the cleaning service and paper recycling project of the three stores of Hunan company from 2018 to 2019.

2. Project location: China Resources Vanguard Hunan Company Zhuzhou Shopping Center, Changsha Caifu Road, and Hengyang Jiefang Road. For the detailed address, see Attachment 1 "Store Address".

3. Project contracting time: February 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.

4. Source of funds: own funds.

5, service content:

Ø Cleaning Service

1) Party B shall provide labor, package equipment, package tools, and package materials to Party A's store shopping malls and off-site cleaning services.

2) Party B shall prune, water, fertilize, and kill insects on the flowers and trees on time. The flowers and trees that seriously damage the ornamental image shall be promptly replaced. The small amount of damage shall be replaced by Party B free of charge, and a large number of damages (refer to the total value of damaged flowers and trees in each store). Up to 200 yuan per month) Party A shall bear the replacement cost.

3) Appoint high-level management personnel to Party A stores at least once a month to check the cleanliness situation within the scope of the contract, and actively seek advice from the responsible persons of Party A to strengthen communication and continuously improve service quality.

4) Party B shall be responsible for transporting the garbage generated by the store to the refuse transfer station designated by the sanitation department and bear the cost.

5) Party B is responsible for removing wastes such as paper hides from shopping malls to Party A's designated place.

6) Party B shall clean the entrance door and exterior wall of the store no less than 3 times per year.

Ø Paper recycling

1) Party B is responsible for the recycling of waste paper from the stores of Party A and the cleanliness and hygiene within the stack of paper.

2) The waste paper should be piled up and tidy. The waste paper of the day will be shipped away the same day.

Third, the bidder qualification requirements:

Ø Qualification pre-qualification criteria:

1. It has independent legal personality, business license and tax registration certificate within the validity period; the bidder shall be an enterprise legal person registered in the People's Republic of China and shall have the ability to independently bear civil liability.

2. Qualified as a general taxpayer, providing 6% VAT invoices; Registered capital of not less than RMB 3 million or equivalent in foreign currency (regarding the exchange rate at the time of registration), and having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law .

3, has a strong economic strength, adequate financial guarantees, a sound financial accounting system.

4. Has a good business reputation, has no major illegal records in the past three years of operating activities, is not undergoing review by related departments, is merged by other companies (including acquisitions, reorganizations), and has been litigated or executed due to economic disputes; and There are no bad cooperation records between the companies and related organizations of China Resources.

5. Business entities with clean and sanitary contracting qualifications of Class B (or above) and independent legal entity in China.

6. The construction area of ​​the fixed office shall not be less than 50 square meters (there must not be more than one place), and the lease contract or the area of ​​the self-owned property shall be provided.

7. With over five years of experience in cleaning and sanitation of large-scale shopping malls, the company provides five years of clean contracts. The accumulated contract service fees are more than 10 million (including 10 million). Excluding the China Resources Vanguard Project, no serious quality problems have occurred.
