In a typical double-tube pulse circuit, one tube is always turned on and the other tube is turned off. However, the complementary tube pulse circuit is different, and it has the following characteristics:
(1) Both tubes are turned on or off at the same time.
(2) The output waveform of one end is steeply rising and falling slowly, and the output waveform of the other end is steeply rising and rising slowly. Therefore, after the output of both ends is differentiated, a pair of sharp pulses with opposite polarities and very steep straightness are obtained.
Note: This circuit causes the power supply to fluctuate greatly because the current increases from zero to a certain value when the two tubes turn from off to on.
First, the complementary tube bistable circuit bistable circuit of the complementary tube is shown in Figure 1 (a). When the power is turned on, if there is no trigger signal, since the collector current is extremely small, the terminal voltages of Rc1 and Rc2 [the bias current supplied to the two tubes] are also small, so both tubes are turned off, and the circuit is in a stable state.
